THe reason why our Fleet hath delayed its
putting out to Sea, hath been the flow
coming in of the Monies that were agreed
unto by the Clergie, to be raised out of
their Ecclesiasticall Revenues, so that all
things fell short to our Expectation; but
now our men of war are all very near a
readines, and will boldly venture out to seek
our India Fleet, and conduct them home, though the English
have and do domineer upon our Coast; but first we expect
