THis Court hath sent order to CadiZ, that the
Fleet and the Fire-ships should go to Sea;
Count Pignoranda President of the Indian
Councell is very carefull and busie at CadiZ in
setting them forward to go to Sea. Here are
many Competitors about the Great Domship,
which is vacant by reason of the decease of the Marquis of
Povare. There are great doings about the setting out an Armic
into the field with the next, but scantness of money is the
grand obstruction thereunto.
