There came a Gentleman late to this City out
of Cheshire, and in his Journey came thorough
Northampton, where he met with about Forty
Ministers together in the House where he was
they understanding from what parts he came,
enquired of him what News there was in his Country. He
told them, They had proclaimed Charls Stuart King, one of them
made answer, he was verry sorry for it, because they had done
it so soon, and before there was any Capitulation between
