MERCURIUS
PRAGMATICVS.
Communicating Intelligence from all Parts,
touching all Affaires, Designes, Himours and
Conditions throughout the Kingdome.
Especially from Westminster, and the Head-Quarters.
From Tuesday Aprill, 10. to Tuesday Aprill, 17. 1649.
Now at the Barr Rebellion stands,
To be condemned, by day,
And Traytors, must lift up their hands,
Their fellowes to obay'
For Lylbourne and his levelling blades,
To tryall must be brought,
Because 'gayust Snont and his Comrades,
They have high-treason wrought.
Wher's Bradshaw now that Imp of Hell,
The Devills master Peece,
Whose bloody sentences excell,
The greatest Tyrannies.
Give him but leave and be no doubt,
Will t'execution bring,
The Enemies of firy Snout,
Even as he did his King ---

REader I thought good to speake a word to you desiring excuse, for
a mistake in some newes last weeks concerning Dublin, which I
told you was taken, but it is not trve, and in that relation to me my intelligence
shewed himselfe to be what he is viz. A Parliament man, and
one skild in the art of lying, I shall credit him lesse here-after, althoe
