Conditions throughout the Kingdome.
Especially from westminster, and the Head-Quarters.
From Tuesday May, 15. to Tuesday, May 22. 1649.
Oh ! Treason ! Treason ! every where,
Is now a sinking downe;
And tH' Independant Bre-the-ren fears,
Cromwell will loose the Crowne.
Vengeance more swift them Thunder-claps,
Clad in a Scarlett hue.
Now at the House of Commons rapps,
To seize that Bloody Crue
No Shifts will helps them tis to late,
They must to Tyburne ryde,
The triple tree is sure their fate,
To which they must be tyde.
Till then (though acts are daily made)
I scorne for the submit,
Or of their threats to be afrayd,
Ile write whilst they dare fit,
