Description: Roger de la Zouche is in Poitou in the king's service with Geoffrey fitz Regis, and his lands are to be kept and defended against all men as if they were the king's own demesne, and no injury or fdamage is to be permitted. Also Roger is to be quit of suits to shire and hundred courts, and aid to the sheriff and his bailiffs, and all pleas and appeals etc
