THis day Major Gen: Drummond, Col. Roderick,
Mac Cloud, and Lieut: col: Mac
Donald, who were sent from Lieut: Generall
Middleton, to treat for the coming in of his
party, have concluded with the General for
his parties laying down of Armes. Lieut. gen: Middleton,
Lieut: gen: Daiyell, Major gen: Drummond, the Lord Nappier,
and Sir Robert Murray, are to have ten weeks time,
and then to goe beyond Seas, and not to return without a
Pass from his Highness. The Laird Glengary, Mac Cloud.
Longhiel, Duffra, and all others of his party, to have conditions
much to the same effect with the Earl of Glencairn,
and those who formerly came in. The Lord Loudoun and
Earl Selkirk are included in the capitulation, upon giving
security for their peaceable demeanor. The Earl of Kenonl,
Lord Dudhop, Sir Arthur Forbes, and all prisoners of war;
