WE have of late had very slencer Accounts
from Ireland; She Reports were,
that they had declared for a King and a
Free Parliament, and some Passengers occasioned
this discourse; but the truth is,
they have had distinct Designs of their own brewing among
them, holding the Interest of the Commonwealth; but
withal, mingling concernments of their own, as they are
Members of the Country of Ireland, which (it seems) some
of them would have not so absolutely depending upon England
