WE have news here, that the French and
English are resolved vigorously to prosecute
the War in these parts very early in
the Spring, for which end the King, Cardinal,
and Marshal Tureine, have passed
several Resolves in a grand Council of
War at the Castle at Vincennes.
The like is done by our Commanders in
chief at Brussels, who have assigned the Winter-Quirters to
all our Troops (of which those belonging to the Prince of
