Beginning Munday Decemb. 17.
THis Day the Generall Councell of the Army met at
White. Hall, about setling the busines for the last
of the Kings Lands, &c. After a long debate it
was referred to a Committee to consider of the
whole debate,and to consult with the Committee of
Parliament for obstructions in the sale of the Kings
Lands &c. If they should see cause, and to represent
their Opinions to the next Councell, which was
appointed to be on Friday in the afternoon.
At this Councell there was a Petition presented
to the councell from Captaine Feremiah Harrison, desiring, that some course
might be taken for the satisfaction of the pay due to his, Company, for their voluntary
March with the Lord Leiutenant into Scotland, all the rase of the Lancashire
forces being paid fully up. His Condition was referred to some Officers
to consider what course might be taken for him, his Company being the only
Lancashire here when marched into Scotland.
