DYARIE.
OF SOME
Passages of PARLIAMENT, And other choyce; Intelligence
containing these Heads following, viz.
Letters from the Navy concerning their surprizall of King-sale and P.Ruperts Ships. A
Declaration of the Souldiers accused to have designed to murther Lieut. Gen. Cromwel. The
censuring of Sir Thomas Somes, and Alderman Chambers, by the House of Commons on
Fryday last, for not joyning with the Lord Mayor, to proclaim the Act against Kingship, And
their severall Speeches, in Answer to the Charge. An Act passed for sale of the Kings goods,
to pay his Debts, A List of the new Judges: The Cities Message to the Parliament. And a
Declaration of he House of Commons.

From Munday the 28 of May, to Munday the 4 of June. 1649.
Beginning Monday the 28. of May.
AN Act was this day brought in;for giving power
to all Committees, to give Oaths, which was
read the first and second time. And after debate
upon it. The House caused two questions to be
put.
1. Whether the said Act should be committed
to a Committee. And that passed in the Negative,
2. Whether the said Act should be passed. And
that passed in the Negative.
This day the house of Commons passed the Act
for Auditing all the Accounts of the Officers and
Souldiers, that now serve the Parliament in this
Land, whereby they may have their Accounts
brought in from their chief Officers under which
theyserve, and be inabled to dispose of their Debentors, and secure their Arrears;
And this Act was ordered to be printed and published.
Hereby the Souldiery will be well satisfied, who are to go for Ireland, for this is the
maine thing they stand upon, and offer (plentifully) to serve the Parliament,(the Regiments
being very full)for the service of Ireland.
