THe House Ordered thanks to bee returned to Mr.
Marshall, and Mr.Sterry, for their great pains in their
Sermons, Preached yesterday before the Parliament,
being a day of Publique Thanksgiving for the successes
God hath vouchsafed to the Forces of the Parliament
in Ireland, and that they be desired to Print
their Sermons.
Die Veneris 2 Novemb. 1649.
ORdered by the Parliament. That Mr. Atturney Generall bee required
to prepare a Proclamation for the more vigorous and
effectuall putting in execution the Laws against Sabbath breaking,
Swearing, Drunkennesse, and whoredome, with the greatest severity,
and that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seale of England
