A BRIEFE RELATION
of some affaires and trasactions,
Civill and Military, both Forraigne
and Domestique.

of State, according to the direction of the late Act.
From Tuesday, March the 12. to Tuesday
March the 19. 1649.

THe Queene goes hence to Paris to morrow,
at what time it is resolved that wee
shall goe also onward of our journey
to Holland, during all the time that the
Prince and shee hath been at Beauvais,
being a fortnight, they have both of them
lodged in one house (which was lent
them by one of the Cannons of that Cathedrall) and both
eaten at one Table. The Prince hath shewed not onely to
his Mother, but even to Jermin also very great respect.
And although he hath taken the Government of Jersey from
him, which he hath conferred on the Duke of Yorke, yet he
hath promised to recompence him out of the Admiraltie,
excusing the thing from necessitie, it being not convenient
