Impartiall Intelligencer:
CONTAINING.
A Perfect collection of the Weekly Passages
in PARLIAMENT, And Proceeding of the Councell of
State ;with other choyce intelligence from the Lord Fairfax's Army;
From the princes Fleet, and the Parliaments Navy at Sea,from the
Armies in Ireland, and the most remarkable News from Forraign
Princes. Containing these chief Heads viz.
Prince Charles his march from the Hague in Holand to the Queene in France. The
Prince his Speach to the Prince of Orange. Another victory in Scotland. 14.Lords come
in, And the proseedings of David Lesley against Midleton. Good newes from Ireland. A
fight at Sea, 6 Knights and Colonells taken Prince Rupert fled to the Lord Inciqueene.
The Lord Generall come to London; And a list of the prisoners taken. And the Parliament
Votes yesterday upon the Petitions against some Members of Parliament.

BY Letters from Holland came this day thus; That
there is offered From them 2800. l. to Prince Charles
to depart from them,of whom they are very weary;
That Capt. Bodely had a design to have falne upon
the Antelop in Hilford sluce, one of Prince Charles
his ships: But the English Agent being acquainted
therewith,desired him to forbeare lest it should give
offence to the States, it being there; but it is lodged,
not likely to come out yet. Letters after Letters
passe from France to the Hague, from the Queen
of England, to ingage Prince Charles not to goe
any whether form thence, till he goe to her to France, where she will provide for
him.
From the Queen of England Court came Letters to the Hague, That the Irish
Agent treating with the Queen of England to give power to Ormond, and the
Councel of Kilkenny, to manage all affaires in Ireland by an absolute authority from
