Mercurius Pragmaticus.

Communicating Intelligence from all Parts
touching all Affaires, Designes, Humors, and
Conditions throughout the Kingdome.
Especially from Westminster, and the Head-Quarters.
From Tuesday July 31. to Tuesday Aug. 7. 1649.
Yet Noll's not gone! Hee's still in Wales
Exhorting of his Boyes,
With holy-Sentences and Tales
of new Terrestriall-Joyes.
One Eye the Juncto still beholds,
The wher's fix'd on Dublin;
Whilst thus a Wolfe by th'cares he holds,
Admiring as their Jugling.
The Scotts prepare with Might and Maine,
Their Soveraigne to Enthrone;
And to Revenge his Blood that's slaine,
To stop the Lands Deep-Groane.
All Forraigne-Princes promise Aid,
Great-CHARLES for to Restore:
Howle ree that have his Cause betray'd,
For hence you Reigne no more.
Nemo me impunè lacessie.
NOW the Devill and Oliver are crawl'd into the Desarts of
Wa'es, as farre as Pembrooke, where they are in consultation, how
to pull God out of Heaven, as they have done his Annointed from his
Throane. For Kingly Government is (in their opinions) as Unnecessary
and Burthensome in Heaven, as it is upon Earth; and therefore as
lawfull to strike at the Principalities above, as those below; being all
