Support: Paper and parchment. The first and last leaves of each section are parchment.
Extent:270 x 200 mm
Collation: Unable to collate.
Layout:Pricking: none. Writing space of 210 x 145 mm. Single columns with 27 lines. Ruling in drypoint?
Writing: One scribe writing in brown ink in an Anglicana hand (or Secretary? see Braswell 1987, p. 73). Characteristics: long s in initial position; sigma s in final position; hooked ascender on b and h; þ; 2-shaped r in medial position; 8-shaped g; distinctive w; straight descenders; Body height 2-3mm.
Decoration: Titles in red, red paraphs, some red punctuation, some letters tinted red. Some two-line red lombardic capitals with red penwork. Marginal notes in red.
Binding: Not medieval. Size: 275 x 200 mm. Cover of red paper, now faded, over pasteboard. Five raised bands across the spine.
Foliation:Really 105 for ff. 5-7 are one leaf, f. 18 is double, ff. 75-77 is one leaf, f. 80 is double and f. 90 is double.
