Soprano. After touring in Italy, Paris, Brussels and Dublin in comic operas (she made her debut in Florence in 1754 in Ferdinando Bertoni's Le pescatrici), De Amicis made her mark as a serious singer in J. C. Bach's Orione in London in 1762. Thereafter she sang in Milan, Venice, Vienna, Naples and Florence, among other places. Mozart heard her in Jommelli's Armida abbandonata in Naples in May 1770 and she premiered the role of Junia in Mozart's Lucio Silla K135. De Amicis-Buonsollazzi was known both for her agility as a singer and as an actor.
