That the said Henry Trafford was at bed and board in the house of you the said William Richards as one of your family, and without any recompense, and that the said Henry Trafford frequented and came to your house while your wife was in bed, and was in the chamber and in the bed, when your wife was in bed and that you had forbidden him your house and yet he refused to and used the same and would not be kept thence, and that the said Henry Trafford had offended with your wife, and that you did suspect him to keep too familiar and suspicious company with your said wife, or to that or the like effect.
