He being at the Sign of the White Hart in Wymondham upon the eight and twenty day of January last, about two or three of the clock in the afternoon heard Thomas Foulsham say to Richard Barton the producent that one of his sons fucked Mary Smith.

Upon the eight and twenty day of January last, Foulsham being at this deponent's house a public house, the Sign of the White Hart, in Wymondham, said that one of [Richard] Barton's sons fucked Mary Smyth, upon which after some time reprimanded, he said he could prove it and did not care what they could do to him, which words were spoken in the presence and hearing of this deponent's contest Matthew Meek.
