Upon his examination saith that he had not the said tobacco stuffer neither did he know anything of it.
He enquired of Thomas Blackborne if he had not the tobacco stuffer that Richard Wells had taken from him and that he confessed he had it and would fetch it and bring it to Richard Wells.
He had enquired of Thomas Blackborne if he had not the tobacco stuffer that Richard Wells of Holt haad taken from him and he confessed he had it and would fetch it and bring it to Richard Wells. The abovesaid John Waterson was present when this informant was with the said Thomas Blackborne.
This informant saith that he was the owner of a silver tobacco stuffer and had it laid up in his box and that it was taken feloniously out of the said box. And he heard that one Thomas Blackborne had the same.
