Informeth upon oath that several persons to the number of eight (vizt) two men three women and three children came to the house of the said Daniel on Tuesday night last and as travellers by virtue of a pass required lodging which they accordingly had that night and meat and drink but did behave themselves very rudely especially one of them who passeth by the name of Captain Timothy Crowes not allowing her for her meat drink and lodging what it stood her in but gave very threatening words and speeches to her and said he would stick the flagon in the face of Ralph Cooper who then was in the house advising them to pay what they had called for to the terror of her and them in the said house.
