He had not the said tobacco stuffer neither did he know anything of it.
He enquired of Thomas Blackborne if he had not the tobacco stuffer that Richard Wells had taken from him and that he confessed that he had it and would fetch it and bring it to Richard Wells.
This informant saith that he was owner of the silver tobacco stuffer and had it laid up in his box and thus it was taken feloniously out of the said box and he heard that one Thomas Blackborne had the same.
He has enquired of Thomas Blackborne if he had not the tobacco stuffer that Richard Wells of Holt had taken from him and that he confessed he had it and would fetch it and bring it, and Richard Wells and the abovesaid John Waterson was present when this Informant was with the said Thomas Blackborne.
