Honoured Freind,
      I was so testy, that they were not sans [tester?], that I could not write till now. now I thank you humbly for all fauours: if you care for them; send I pray, & take 50 copies connected with a syllabus of all the misprisions of any consequence. if you know any good ingenuous men at Oxford, I pray send a dozen thither. giue me a catalog of those things men most dislike in it; for who can like such a toy, such a Trifle?   if you can heare of any very ancient <Hebrew> writings, or coynes, before the Babylonian Captiuity giue me notice I pray, what character was used in them, our common hebrew or the Samaritan? enquire out this pray, & take not a superficiall ansuere, for I know what most say & write about this, yet I am not fully satisfied. pardon my abruptnes & in what I may, use & Command
