Deare freind
I praye yow deliuer this inclosed to Mrs Moore & my sister; & aske of hir whether or no the letter which by my last I sent hir inclosed to Sir Edward Nicholas bee not sent to him; & if not that shee would not differre the sending of it: because hauing gotten a faire dismission from hence (so that I can go from Court to Rotterdam when I please) I would not sturre till it were also fully notified at Court: I haue sent a duplicata by Mr Auerie intreating him to Conveigh it to Oxford by some of the occasions which the States Ambassadors will afoord: if yow speake to him yow may take notice of it if yow think good; I haue also told him that I cannot yet quitte the Court for the space of three or foure weekes because it is expected that I should not leaue the place abruptly & altogether unprouided: therefore I did offer my self to the Prince to continue a while in it which hee tooke very well. I send yow the inclosed to Mistris Moore that yow may haue occasion to discourse with hir of that which yow would aduise me to doe at my first entrie: to which effect I desire to know what the forme of public worship is now most in use amongst yow, & how the <Nat:> Couenant is proposed or pressed: for I suppose when I enter upon the Charge here, that I shall bee putte upon this last worke; wherin I would faine know what is ordinarily done by the wise & Godly ministers amongst yow; & how farre the pulpit doth meddle with the subscription. Conferre with hir I pray yow & lette me know an answer to my former demands: that I may haue some light & bee able to carye my self more freely & fairely. I am hasted to bee gone from hence to the Hague therefore I commend yow to God & remaine
