Source: Da Maiguo zei Jiang Jieshi (The great traitor Chiang Kai-shek) (Wuhan: Hubei Renmin Chubanshe, 1962), 43.
Notes:

In this image, taken from a collection of cartoons that had been published in the Hubei Ribao in and before 1962, Chiang is shown fleeing first Shanghai and then Wuhan during the war against the Japanese. In typical fashion, Chiang is half-dressed. The image bears striking resemblance to wartime propaganda produced by the Japanese.

Anti-Chiang imagery reached one of its many peaks in the PRC in 1962 in response to increased Sino-American tensions in that year.
