Abstract

Davenport and Livsey attempted to prove the will of Mason, having been named as executors in the said will. They challenged Brown to dispute this, arguing that the will was valid. Davenport and Livsey brought witnesses who confirmed that the will had been properly executed. The court found in their favour.
