Abstract

Bowman and Dunn attempted to prove the will of Bell (in which they were named as executors), citing Bell’s sisters and next of kin Fea and Carr as defendants. Carr admitted that administration of Bell’s estate ought to be granted to Bowman and Dunn. Bowman and Dunn alleged that the will was valid and brought witnesses who supported this claim. Fea denied their allegations in personal answers to them. The court found in favour of Bowman and Dunn.
