Abstract

Peacock attempted to prove the will of Robertson, citing Leadley, Shaw, Fall and Pattison as defendants. Peacock alleged that the will was valid, bringing witnesses to support this claim. Leadley denied this in personal answers to Peacock’s allegations. The court found for Peacock.
