Their technology has played a key role in global concert tours for artists including U2, The Rolling Stones, Beyoncé, Pink! and Ed Sheeran, live events including Coachella and the Moscow International Festival, theatre productions such as Frozen and Harry Potter as well as films, esports, live TV broadcasts, corporate and entertainment events.

Sara Coppola-Nicholson is Head of Research Programme at Disguise. She has been designing and implementing strategies to deliver ground-breaking innovations, whilst fuelling business growth.

Sara is a strategic leader focused on highly ambitious research in production technology, with over twenty years of professional experience at international level across creative and technical roles.  She has been key to the successful delivery of publicly and privately funded research since 2014, including the project “Dreamspace”, under EU Horizon FP7 Programme, awarded “Excellence for technical and management achievements” by the European Commission; and a two-year research collaboration, entirely funded by a large Hollywood entity and resulting in a first look picture deal.
